Tax information
IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity
Scenic Valley Athletic Association is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and is classified as a public charity under Section 509(a)(2). The exemption is effective August 1, 2026. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
