Families and coaches deserve a real voice. Tell us about conduct, policy, governance, or financial concerns involving Scenic Valley—and choose whether to identify yourself.

Child safety or abuse

This form is not an emergency service.

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911. Suspected child abuse or neglect should be reported directly to law enforcement and the appropriate state child-abuse reporting authority. Do not wait for Scenic Valley to review this form.

When to use this form

Speak up. We’ll take it seriously.

Use this form for concerns involving a Scenic Valley coach, officer, volunteer, team, or program.

  • Abuse of coaching authority, intimidation, or retaliation
  • Violations of Scenic Valley bylaws, policy, or the Code of Conduct
  • Financial impropriety, conflicts of interest, or misuse of assets
  • Discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Violations of USSSA rules by a Scenic Valley-affiliated coach or team
Good-faith reports are protected.

Scenic Valley does not tolerate retaliation. Report details and an identified reporter’s identity are shared only with people who need them to review or act on the matter.

Reports are reviewed by Scenic Valley’s designated compliance contacts. Anyone with a conflict must step away from the matter.

Identified reporters receive an acknowledgment within five business days.

The concern is reviewed for conflicts and whether referral outside Scenic Valley is required.

The appropriate people review and respond while limiting disclosure to those who need to know.
